Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Market Lens (the Service) provided by GARI Enterprise. By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription you accept them personally. See also the Privacy Notice.

Who can use the Service

Market Lens self-service plans are offered to individuals aged 18 or over. You may also use the Service in the course of a trade or profession; where you do, the consumer rights below apply only to the extent the law grants them to you.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. Because the Service is digital content and access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, we ask you at checkout to expressly agree that access begins immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Without that agreement we do not start the paid period before the 14 days have passed. The free trial is not a purchase and can be abandoned at any time.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices on the pricing page exclude VAT; tax is added at checkout based on the billing address and VAT number you provide.
• A trial needs no card and ends automatically unless you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• One-time purchases such as War Room are non-refundable once access is granted, except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

• Use the data, forecasts and reports inside your organisation only; do not resell, redistribute or publish them.
• One person per named seat; keep sign-in credentials confidential.
• No automated scraping of the application beyond documented integrations.

No investment advice

Forecasts, scenarios and risk metrics are decision-support analytics, not investment, trading or procurement advice. The Service is provided as is; we do not warrant that any forecast will prove correct and you remain responsible for your commercial decisions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Termination and account closure

You may close your account at any time by e-mailing info@globari.org from the account address; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. What happens to your data on closure is described under account deletion.
