GARI Enterprise is the controller of the personal data processed when you use Market Lens under the Terms of Service. Contact: info@globari.org.
What we collect
- Account data — name, work e-mail, organisation and role, created when you sign up or are invited.
- Billing data — billing address, VAT number and invoices. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach our servers.
- Usage data — sign-in events, pages viewed and requests made, used for security and support.

Retention
- The raw payment-event records we receive from Stripe are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
- Account and usage data are kept for the life of the account.
- Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights and account deletion
You can access, correct or export your data, and you can ask us to delete your account, by e-mailing info@globari.org from the account address. On deletion we close the Stripe customer, remove the sign-in identity from the Microsoft Entra External ID directory and purge the tenant records within 30 days; invoices are retained only where tax law requires.
Cookies
The signed-in application uses only the browser storage needed to keep you signed in. Public pages set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
